[EXPLORE MY ADVENTURE]

[2023]

ARCTIC MISSION

// LA MISSION //

Go around the Œil du Québec for 250 kilometres.

We did the tour of the Eye of Quebec over 250 kilometers with my partner Mathieu Blanchard. We met the Innu people before skiing the 3,500 km that separated us from the highest peak in North America.

TRANSATLANTIQUES

paysbasque-32.jpg

// LA MISSION //

I trained in boat delivery, then a transatlantic from the Canary Islands to Guadeloupe.

Departure from the Balearic Islands to the Canary Islands via the Strait of Gibraltar, then departure for a transatlantic journey to Guadeloupe. 2760 miles and 21 days transatlantic for a total of 35 days spent at sea. The ocean is never a quiet place, the dangers are many, and that's what makes these expeditions attractive.

// LA MISSION //

I did my first Transatlantic in fourteen days, with my father.

We left the port of Cap Ferret in July 2020. The plans were simple, there were no plans. We were free, freed from the constraints of time, place, date. This is also the adventure.

This adventure was that of a father and his son, more than that of 2 adventurers.

OPÉRATION BARAKA

Maroc
Desert-3.png

// LA MISSION //

Travel 245 kilometers in the Sahara, from the last palm grove to the howling dune, under temperatures alternating between 50°C during the day and -5°C at night.

I must admit that despite the difficulty of surviving in the desert, I feel a certain attraction for these immense spaces where eternal silence reigns. I traveled a lot before specializing in extreme solo expeditions, and deserts have always appealed to me.

It was obvious that Morocco would welcome me one day for one of my adventures. And indeed, in 2020, I decided to have a cart made to cross the Sahara desert in total autonomy.

ICARUS CHAPITRE 2

// LA MISSION //

Climb the 7 peaks, without a guide (when the law allows it), in alpine style and join each other by any non-motorized means possible.

The project was divided into chapters, made over the years. In order to ensure that all the stages will be connected correctly, the start and finish GPS points will be recorded to, in the end, make it a real world tour.

// LA MISSION //

Beat the world record by crossing Vatnajökull in less than fourteen days.

Departure for the ascent of the glacier on February 5th. While many agencies in the area had refused to accompany me to the glacier in a 4x4, I ended up finding someone to do it. My gaze betrayed my determination and my guide understood that, whatever happened, I had no intention of giving up.

In twelve days, I climbed this giant, and not without difficulty. I went through hardships that hurt my morale, sometimes confused me, but I fought, I got there.

IMISSION AWARENESS:

Bardenas

Before the start of the ascent, I set a goal, a real mission: To reach the ice cap on foot from the capital (about 400 km), picking up and towing the waste found on Route 1, which goes around the island, along beaches, lagoons and hot springs.

LES BARDENAS

// LA MISSION //

Cross the Bardenas desert, barefoot and in total autonomy.

At first glance, an adventure like this does not reserve any particular difficulties. But as always, when you don't know anything about it, everything becomes very complicated! As usual, I hadn't worried about what might happen to me, so I had built this crossing without really preparing for it.

17 days and 224 km without shoes, this adventure allowed me to practice survival techniques in order to remain in total autonomy.
